Myself and my partner experienced first hand probably the worst thing any parent could ever go through and Rhys’ professional and caring manor made this whole process so much easier to deal with. Laying somebody you love to rest is never easy, however with the compassion and care shown by Geraint and his team it was a day of warmth and love. They went above and beyond in there duty, they assisted my father in law to visit the chapel of rest when we were unable to. Nothing was to much, i can’t say how grateful our family are.
